ITDEVTECH Renewal & Refund Policy

ITDEVTECH comes with only Annual plans and are recurrent with our payment processor. In case you are not charged for your renewal 10 days before the expiry of your subscription contract please contact us via support page.

As a policy ITDEVTECH products are not eligible for Refund.

Renewal rules:

1.Only software purchased via is eligible for auto renewal. If you bought it from our partners, your software is subject to the renewal policies of their payment processor and general policies set by them.

2.When we issue a renewal license, it should appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license. We reserve the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the renewed products

Annual Maintenance & Support Plans

One year of maintenance and support is included with the purchase of a new ITDEVTECH license depending on the type of plan you have chosen.
Your maintenance and support plan begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. It will renew automatically at the list price on your annual renewal date.
You can cancel the renewal of your ITDEVTECH product maintenance and support plan at any time via your ITDEVTECH Account. Should you decide to cancel it, your payment is non-refundable, and your plan will continue until the end of your contracted term.
If you cancel your ITDEVTECH maintenance and support plan, you will not be entitled to upgrades or technical support after the contracted term ends.
You will own the license for the last version of the software that you downloaded while your maintenance and support plan was active.
