As a Pre-Sales / Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will focus on driving business growth through outreach, emails, cold calls, and in-person visits, while understanding client needs and present compelling demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits to potential clients.
  • Understand basic IT solutions and effectively communicate how our products can help clients.
  • Support the sales process by providing information, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cold calls, emails, and client meetings confidently.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, or technology solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client outreach is preferred.
