Deployment Expert (Entry Level)

Role Overview

As a Deployment Expert, you will install, configure and deploy ITDEVTECH's products — TIKTING (Enterprise Service Management), Odysseus (asset & endpoint discovery) and MITO Engine (conversational AI) — across on-premises, cloud and Azure environments. You will work closely with clients during onboarding to make sure every deployment is smooth, stable and tailored to their needs.

This is an entry-level role ideal for a fresh graduate with around one year of practical IT experience who wants to grow into a technical implementation and consulting career.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and deploy our products on client servers (on-premises, cloud and Azure Marketplace).
• Set up databases, application services, integrations and initial product configuration.
• Guide clients through onboarding — from first install through to go-live.
• Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues, and escalate where needed.
• Prepare deployment documentation and basic handover and training materials.
• Coordinate with the development and support teams to resolve technical blockers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Around one year of hands-on experience in IT deployment, system administration or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers and basic networking.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. SQL) and hosting web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Exposure to ITSM/ITIL concepts, cloud (Azure) or containerisation is a plus.
